Taraba State police have confirmed the arrest of a housewife 32 years of age, and named Halima Umar, who cut off her husband’s penis with a knife in the early hours of Wednesday.
The command’s Spokesperson, DSP David Misal, confirmed from the report reaching us that the incident happened in Tells, a community under the Gassol Local Government Area of the state.
