Report reaching us as at 3am 28th Sept 2020, from the all-night meeting between the Labour unions (TUC and NLC) and the FG says, the planned strike meant to start this morning 28/09/2020 has been suspended for 2 weeks.
This was as a result of an agreement reached with the Federal Government at a meeting which lasted for 5hrs 20 min from 8.30pm on Sunday till this morning.
After hot deliberation on the issues presented by the labourers’ heads, the meeting agreed to suspend the high electricity tariff.
